We will process your information in line with our legal obligation to provide planning services in relation to planning policy matters, including the Local Plan and other planning policy documents.
What will it be used for and what gives us the right to ask for it and use it?
Our lawful basis for using your personal data is to meet our legal obligations under Planning legislation (The Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations) which require public consultation to be undertaken.
If we cannot use your data, we will not be able to provide you with planning services in relation to planning policy matters.
